CUSTOMER SERVICE [QUESTION] How long will it take for someone to respond incase of an emergency? [ANSWER] We will assign the first available tech to your emergency. Even pulling them off a none critical service call.
[QUESTION] How can I reduce business downtime cause by network problems? [ANSWER] We have software that will alert us to problems on your network. Many times we know about the problems before you do.
SALES [QUESTION] Do you take credit cards? [ANSWER] Yes, we accept Visa / Mastercard
SUPPORT [QUESTION] What parts of the valley do you service? [ANSWER] We service Businesses throughout the Phoenix Metro area.
[QUESTION] How can I make sure my network is secure. [ANSWER] We can do a security audit. We would be looking at how you connect to the internet, who has access to your files and what security updates had been applied to your software.
[QUESTION] I have some new employees. How can I get them setup on the network? [ANSWER] We can help. We can completely administer your network or we can train someone at your organization how to do these tasks
[QUESTION] Do you offer support contracts and what would be the advantage? [ANSWER] We offer support contracts. The advantage would be monitoring of network equipment remotely to reduced downtime. We would setup and schedule preventative maintenance on servers and workstations. We can give you a special rate for those that sign a service agreement.
BILLING [QUESTION] How will you bill? [ANSWER] You will receive a detailed bill at the time of service.
[QUESTION] What are the payment terms? [ANSWER] Payment are due at time of service.
[QUESTION] Can I request work to be done after hours? [ANSWER] Yes, we can arrange for work to be done when it is convent for you. Work done not during our normal business hours will incur a additional Charge per hour.
