Available Positions

User Support Specialist

The User Support Specialist position reports to the CEO of the company. Fields incoming customer calls and resolves them to the customer's satisfaction or will dispatch an Onsite visit. Must have exceptional telephone and customer service skills.

Candidate will function as the critical technical contact with customers and be responsible for the proactive preventative maintenance of their equipment. Frequent positive communications with customers is essential. This individual will be expected to maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.

Requirements:
An Associate's degree in Computer Science and a minimum of two years experience of directly related experience in a consulting environment. Must have proven technical competence as confirmed by industry certification and experience. You must hold a MCP (Microsoft® Certified Professional) certification. It is essential to be able to effectively handle incoming customer requests, and solve issues immediately where possible. Customer service and problem solving skills are essential. Candidate's must be a "hands-on" sort of person, and productively address technical issues with non-technical clients in a customer-friendly manner.

Network Engineer

The Network Engineer position reports to the CEO of the company. Fields incoming customer calls and resolves them to the customer's satisfaction or will dispatch an Onsite visit. Must have exceptional telephone and customer service skills.

Candidate will function as the critical technical contact with customers. Will be responsible for the proactive preventative maintenance of their equipment. This individual will be expected to maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of three years of directly related experience in an IT consulting environment. Must have proven technical competence as confirmed by industry certification and experience. You must hold MCP (Microsoft® Certified Professional) certification for designing, deploying, and managing a network solution for small and medium sized businesses (or equivalent). It is essential that you are able to effectively handle incoming customer requests, and solve issues immediately where possible. Flexibility, time management, customer service and problem solving skills are essential. Individual must be a "hands-on" sort of person, and productively address technical issues with non-technical clients in a customer-friendly manner.

Application Developer

The Application Developer position reports to the CEO of the company and requires interpreting specifications and developing custom applications using the latest Microsoft® technologies. Individual will work closely with customers and end users to ensure needs and requirements are met, and that customers are completely satisfied with their application. Must have exceptional customer service skills.

Individual will function as the critical technical contact with customers.  Is responsible for the definition and development of applications to satisfy business requirements. Frequent positive interface with customers is essential. This individual will be expected to maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a minimum of three years experience of directly related experience in a consulting environment. Must have proven technical competence as confirmed by industry certification and experience. You must hold a MCP (Microsoft® Certified Professional) certification. It is essential to be able to effectively handle incoming customer requests, and develop applications to satisfy business needs. Customer service and problem solving skills are essential. Individual must be comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Multiple projects are underway at any given time, and the position requires switching between projects as needed.
